After using this product for 3 weeks, I have noticed certain fainter dark spots have lessened. It is very moisturizing, which was great! The results may not dramatic, Much more of use for lighter age spots, rather than severe dark spots. Best!

Wow, this really works and it’s so much more affordable and effective than what I’ve gotten from the dermatologist! I use just one pump of this cream on the spot twice a day in the morning and again before bed. It’s incredibly lightweight and hydrating! I’m so glad I found this product!, I have been using it for a few days, I can’t wait to see how it goes on my skin in a few weeks, no smell and does not stick like those cheap products, I think it loves my skin, my skin feels soft after use.
The moisturizer + urea is a daily help for dry skin on my feet. It keeps my feet soft & healthy. The product works great even in the dry, desert air where I live. Thankfully it has less odor than many competing Brad’s too. I highly recommend it!
Helped a lot. Had a prescription cream added to it for my use but worked great and to get this at a pharmacy is very expensive. So glad you can get it without a prescription now.

Been using this serum for almost a year now and it’s definitely lightened my “age/sun/brown” spots. I try to use it twice a day, morning & night, but probably average closer to once per day. It’s easy to apply and has no strong smell. It is slightly drying in feel but nothing extreme. It worked on some spots almost immediately; others, it hasn’t had much effect. Overall, however, the darkened areas on my face are noticeably lighter and I’m less self-conscious. Would highly recommend this product especially at this reasonable price.

My dermatologist suggested a cream that worked, but if I didn’t use it every day, the very next day the dryness returned. My podiatrist suggested Uriah cream from a different manufacturer, but I chose to buy two different products to see which one works best. One of the creams is very thick and almost like plaster and dries a lot like plaster. There are white chips and powder at the foot of my bed the next morning.

I bought this because one of my good friends had great results with her melasma. I can’t even see hers anymore. I struggle with melasma all over my face and it has gotten worse this summer even though I wear 60 SPF and a hat. The heat alone just makes it darker. I bought this product and after about a month of use, I am slowly seeing the melasma get a bit lighter. I’m hoping it continues to lighten and will barely be noticeable in a few months!
